I'm a grad student, so basically I have a full time job as a research assistant and a part-time job as a TA for the introductory biology labs. I've heard people say that grad students have more time than undergrads.
I wish!

I'm on the staff of a medical specialty association. My primary job is to manage the training and orientation programs for the doctors who volunteer their time to help our association and to plan and handle the meeting logistics for our association's board. I end up doing all sorts of things, though, since the unofficial parts of my job are to do whatever our leaders need to keep the place going.

Full-time student. Going to get my RN in Dec of 2009!

But I really don't know WHAT I want to do with it. I've heard that getting a year of med-surg is a good thing (don't know if I want to do that). I'd like to work with peds, or the elderly, or even possibly pallitive care.

Since I still have one more year of highschool and I look like I am a lot younger than I am, no place looks at me and takes me seriously. I volunteer working as an HIV/AIDS peer educator. I pretty much go to schools, colleges, the works and give presentations on how to protect yourself. Also I help people break the stigmas associated with HIV/AIDS. Before I joined I knew so little about it, but now I feel like I know so much, and a lot of questions I had beforehand are now answered. It's pretty interesting. Also, I have been at this for about a year and I already have over 150 hours of community service.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
What a totally cool variety of jobs!

Gary and I are biz partners. He's a market strategist/economist and we're both analysts. We do research on publicly traded companies, write up reports and market our ideas/opinions to professional money managers. Unlike most analysts, we don't specialize in one industry.

We also work with feral cats and work with a no-kill shelter we started in 2004.

I juggle between three jobs, and none of them are my real profession.

Receptionist, Teaching English to foreigners, and working at the airport as a beauty consultant.

I work for a repo company and want out so badly! I really want to work for a non-profit. Working to help people find housing or jobs would be amazing. Or, working with first-generation college students to help them navigate the whole university system.
I am still trying to get some volunteer experience under my belt. Not sure why it is so difficult. So many places say they need volunteers then take a long time to call back or never do. Perhaps I should be a volunteer coordinator for a non-profit instead!
