i have a nine mouth old male cat, and i have noticed that he has a flesh colured lump on the roof of his mouth up against his front teeth. Is this normal?? it is not red or swollen and is perfectlly round - it looks like a little button! lol

should i be concerned??

I know that the Vomeronasal or Jacobsonâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s organ, which the cat uses to analyze smells and flavors, is located on the roof of the mouth. However, I have no idea exactly where on the roof it is, so I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to.

Your best bet would be to give a vet a call and describe the lump.
