That web address is part of the solution. Search all around the room, you need to "build" something with a few parts you find to get it to work. Look under,in, and around everything.
I've seen those links before.
There are actually 3 rooms and I managed to make my way out of all of them. They take some time and some are not so easy, but they all have solutions.

Okay, in the red room, I got the little movie box playing and it's pointing at something but nothing happens.

I think you have to click where the dancing person points but it won't work for me. He points, I click and it goes back to the room.
