Yay! I got through the interview at the Humane Society! The manager said that she'll call me this week for what I'm guessing to be my work schedule.
I really thought I was going to have to reschedule the interview if I didn't get better from this weekend sickness but I woke up this morning feeling much better. (The health vibes and an extra pillow helped.
Thanks!) I almost couldn't make it again because the shuttle to the base and our apartments hadn't shown up for two hours so my DH came to the rescue in the middle of work hours.
So, YAY! I got the job!
I also found out that Noel, the abused beautiful white pit-mix, passed her temperament evaluation with flying colors, even the 'children' and 'other pets' one! I was hoping she would pass! She's so cute when she grunts for some loving.
Today, they received a 6 yr old female German Shepard because her owner had passed away. She's so gentle and well trained that I hope she goes to a good family soon.
And they also got a new orange tabby kitten that's only 3 months old! He's so talkative! He's more of a reddish orange than just orange, quite handsome for him.
