we adopted shinobi in nov last year and he developed conjuctivitus within days of coming home. has been treated by the vet for but unable to receive his vaccinations as he had a temperature. anyway, after repeated visits and no luck in his temp going down sufficiently (he has been really well all through this though), i have just been again and this time another vet has seen him.
his temp has gone down to the top end of normal and she was happy to start his vacs but has said we should test for leukiamia and aids just to rule it out!
now we face a possible 36 hour wait. please send good vibes to my little man. having been through this with janet last oct i'm scared.
