Ready for a riddle??

There are 7 girls on a bus
Each girl has 7 backpacks
In each backpack, there are 7 big cats
For every big cat there are 7 little cats

Question: How many legs are there in the bus?


It took me at least an hour to figure this out....

When you get the right answer from the email I got, you click on an excel attachment and if your right, it opens it up for you! That's how I knew I was right!! I finally got it right and unlocked the document!

ok ill try...

7 girls= 14 legs

49 big cats= 196 legs x 7= 1372 legs

2401 small cats= 9604 legs

1 bus driver=2 legs

total legs= 10,992

The answer is 2 that belong to the girl. Or 4 if you include the bus driver.

I did it a similar way (it should be 343 big cats * 4 legs but the answer was the same) except I didn't think about the driver and got 10,990. I was sure I was right too.

Sweet! Looks like the bus driver didn't count. I'm so used to their being some trick I guess.

lol! i thought i was being a smart guy by adding the bus driver..guess not!

My answer is busses don't have legs they have wheels!

Oh... as I read further... I see they really want a number.
