Thank you all once again. back to everyone.I am trying my best to not worry,but I am a well known worry wart.
As soon as I hear anything, I will let you all know.They must be REALLY wanting to look at things..........I was told that I can't eat or drink after 12 am that morning.I have had several CT scans, and this is the first that I was told that.I'm not sure about contrast being used or not though.
Once again, thank you all.I don't know what I would do without the friends that I have met through this site.

NO! I called Monday evening,Tuesday afternoon and still no word. They did the Ct Scan on Monday at 10:15.It was with IV contrast.Let's just say,my stomach didn't much like that. I was told that my Dr could call and get the results that evening.But, when I called--his secretary said that they hadn't gotten them yet.Same story on Tuesday.I know from the Hospital nurse, that it can take up to 4 days for my Dr to get the written report.He may be waiting on that.I don't know.I do know that I am getting VERY irritated about the whole thing.Shawn tells me to be patient.But, I am not that kind of person and we are talking about my lung here.And the fact that, Cancer runs VERY high on my family.
As soon as I hear ANYTHING, I will let you all know.Thank you ALL so much.Your support and friendship means the World to me.

I can only imagine, but try to get some rest and try to do something with family or friends to just distract you - even if only for a couple of hours...a baking project, movie, retail therapy
