Hey everyone
Cello is at the emergency vet right now, I think for poisening. Last night I heard something fall int he middle of the night and I got up and looked around but I didn't see anything so I went back to bed. At 8am I heard cello laboured breathing and he had vomited, and was heaving so I got up and immediately knew he had to get to the vet. When I went to the front door I found the culprit. Laundry soap had fallen at my front entrance inthe middle of the night?! I think he must have walked through it (just can't help himself) and probably licked off his paws?!?!
Anyways he is there now. I think he'll be OK. No fever. The vet thinks most likely he may have triggered an allergy with something in the soap, or maybe ashthma. I'm going back now to see the X-ray to make sure thats what it is (he has been known to eat inappropriate things, had 1.5 feet of christmas ribbon removed from his gullet a couple weeks ago)
Anyone have experiences like this????
I really hope he's going to be ok
