on the hope I will ever get any sleep at night. Popsie just won't let it happen. I know cats are nocturnal and I've tried playing with him before bed, nothing helps. He's old, 16, shouldn't he sleep constantly? Maybe I should get him some kitty tranquilizers.

HeeHee, he needs some downers. My friend's dog is 15 and he has alzheimer's and he never lets her sleep.

My Joji is old too and she sleeps a lot but there are nights when she plays like a kitten. Maybe it's like a human's second childhood?

beatrix constantly keeps me up. she waits til about 4 or 5 am and wakes me every 20 minutes until I finally get up. she's evil I tell you

Arwen likes to wake me up at daft o'clock in the morning, mostly between the hours of 4-6am and it is mainly for fuss and cuddles.

If only she learnt to wait until 7am to disturb me, I would be ok with it
