Ok, so usually I have good luck with ebay, but I ordered a pair of pants for my daughter BEFORE christmas and I still dont have them!!

I have emailed the seller and posted negative feedback. What else can I do? I should be refunded the money!!!

Oh and NO the seller has NOT contacted me, at all!!!

Try going to the Ebay home page and in the right hand hand corner you will see a live help button click it and ask them the best way of getting a refund. Just explain what you've already done and hopefully they have a solution.

Have you reported them to Ebay?? It amazes me when all people do is give negative feedback and that's it. A few reports and their account is closed.

My eBay account was hacked in November. "Someone" bid on several TVs in Europe. I contacted LiveHelp, who connected me to their security area. They were able to document that the bids were not made from my IP address and cancelled the bids.
Several of the items would ocassionally popup and I received numerous emails through eBay from the "seller." By looking at the feedback for the seller, I was able to find other episodes of similar mysterious bids. eBay shut the seller down.
I am leary of giving the seller my email address.
PayPal will also help you in this instance.
