This is weird. We have two male cats. One of the cats has always been my cuddle buddy and is so gentle, and been this way for over 2 yrs. He always slept with me and wanted to be held.
Sometime over the last three weeks, the other male has decided to hang around me all the time. It is to the point that everytime I lay down, he is between my knees. He glares at me if I get up. The other cat seems to be cowarding away and won't give me any attention.
Is this an alpha cat maneuver? I feel really bad. I hate seeing my Sunshine chased away from me.
I almost feel like the dominate cat has claimed ownership of me and I feel stalked.
Help. This is serious. I love both of my boys, but want to be able to show equal affection
