George Clinton, Gary and Naomi!

A while back there was a thread about famous people you've met. I didn't go to the concert because of a HUGE snowstorm, and if we got snowed in, someone needed to be home to take care of the kitties.

BUT.... when Naomi had just moved in, Gary took her to a George Clinton concert. The pics are VERY low quality because they were taken with a bad phone camera - but I finally found them! The manager never showed up because of the storm, and Gary knew both George, a bunch of the band, and the guys that own B.B. King's, so they asked him to help out. So Gary was manager for the evening, and he and Naomi hung out with the band on their bus, backstage, and for Naomi - she got to go on stage!

That's really cool! I'll bet it was one of those "time of your life" things!

It all started because they didn't know where to park their huge bus for the band (because of all the snow) - and Gary stepped in and handled it. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime things. Especially for Naomi.
