I've been feeding CA Naturals dry since 12-17ish, and we have had continued diarrhea. It's not as bad as it was, but it's still there. We did worm both kittens (again), and it is still going on.

I've started giving them 1 can of Iams Kitten wet food in the evenings, and strangely enough, their diarrhea seems less.

Does this mean that the Iams works better for their tummies? Should I switch to Iams dry and continue with the Iams wet 1x a day? Or is Iams a terrible food? I bought the wet cans before I found this site.

Thanks!

I would get a fecal sample checked to make sure they don't have coccidia and to make sure they worms are gone. Sometimes it can take a while...

We've done the fecal. The vet said that sometimes worms don't show up, so they gave me three doses of wormer. Both kittens were wormed previously and are neutered and UTD on vax.

you may have kittys that need a bit more grain than most... Look at Royal canin... over iams

If Iams is working I would stick with it. Iams hairball is known for helping loose stool kitties.
