I dunno what I ate but since yesterday about the time I got off work I've been so ichy. My arm and my face now my chest. I'm only allergic to seafood and I know I haven't been exposed to any nor have I eaten any.

You might have come into skin contact with something that irritated your skin. Did you use any new soaps, perfumes, fabric softeners, lotions etc? Even sample something in the store?
Take some Benadryl (nondrowsey) to help with the itch. The drowsey kind will put you to sleep in less than 1 hour! So if you need to stay awake and alert, use the nondrowsey kind).
