There is a basic flaw here. I figured it out when I was just a young lad and always prayed for Seattle to win and my cousin prayed for L.A. to win. The question was who was God going to listen to. My cousin said that since L.A. was bigger, there would be more people praying for L.A. to win. Hmmmm. So while you are praying for Green Bay to win, how many people in New York, the largest city in the nation will be praying for the Giants? Who will God listen to?Originally Posted by sofiecusion
With the Giants playing in Green Bay this coming weekend, we request that you mediate on the below prayer:
Our Farve,
Who art in Lambeau, Hallowed be thine arm,
The bowl will come,
It will be won
In Phoenix as it is in Lambeau.
And give us many touchdown passes.
But do not let Eli Manning pass against us.
Lead us not into frustration,
But deliver us to the valley of the sun.
For thine is the MVP, the best of the NFC,
And the glory of the cheese heads,
Now and forever,
AMEN
GO PACK GO!
