Thank you so much for the job vibes everyone! They most certainly must have worked because now I have an interview next week with the local spay and neuter/adoption humane center!!!
The manager of the place seemed to like my application very much and I'm so excited that I will most likely get the job! The center is very VERY small but it is busy since it's a spay and neuter clinic. Gosh, I can't wait to start working there!!!
There was a precious little white female pit bull mix with a brown tail there that was apparently rescued from a dog fighting ring. She seems to be very friendly towards humans and other dogs despite her background and bite marks all over her face and legs. It's so sad to see a beautiful sweet dog like that. There was also a spunky golden dog that was just getting better from the common kennel cold. He behaved very well towards me and everyone else by not jumping on me like most dogs would and not barking. Too bad the other dogs don't like him very much even though he's the passive one.
There was also a pure white cat with golden yellow eyes that was such a playful little thing! (WhiteCatLover, that one's for you!
) And below him was a HUGE orange marble tabby named Jake that loved attention so much that he will meow for more, even when you've gone to another room. Poor guy, he's such a love ball, but he is huge! Not fat wise, but big body structure. Then there was a 6 month old silver tabby mix with spots that was such a vocal kitten, she reminded me of my Angel.
I have pictures but I can't figure out how to get them out of my Razor phone.
