does anyone elses cats do this?

does anyone elses cats sit around with their mouth shut and their tongue half hanging out? Teddy has just started doing it lately and it cracks me up.

Yes Pixie does this and it is really cute. It looks like she is sticking her tongue out at you.

As long as his mouth is shut it's cute. But if he start hanging his tongue out and keeping his mouth open then he needs to go to the vet.

My moms cat does that. Oscar has always done it since i can remember and he is prolly 10 now.. it is funny tho. I always have to touch it to get him to suck it back in cause it will get dry even

I find it especially cute when they're asleep.

Mine do that when they're really relaxed. I think it's adorable!

Cookie does that a lot of times

Geronimo does that a lot when he's in a deep sleep.

Berach and Chloe used to do this all the time. Especially when they were cleaning themselves, almost like they forgot to put thier tongues back in their mouths...

Chloe does this, I think it's cute

Audrey does this sometimes.. and if I touch it then she starts licking my hand! Lol!

Yes! That's exactly what Tania does all the time! She looks so dumb because she stares at me as if everything was normal, but her tongue is hanging out. I always laugh a lot when it happens.

Yes, our cats do that sometimes. Normally it's when they have been cleaning themselves and something catches their attention so they look up and it's like they forget to put their tounge back in!

shinobi does it quite alot. sometimes he looks slightly boss eyed too so the combined effect makes him look a little simple bless him!!

Wicked does that. Mainly when she is being pet on her chest and she is "in heaven" hehe.

They don't do it very often, but sometimes, when they think I'm not paying attention, I'll catch them laying like that. But of course when I catch them, I have to touch their tongue just to get on their nerves! Ha Ha! That's payback for getting in the window and meowing all night long!

Cali's tongue hangs out of her mouth most of the time but that's because she doesn't have any teeth on the bottom of her mouth, just her fangs. It's cute and makes her look like she's so innocent even though she's a brat at heart.

Fox would do that a lot, just looking around like all was normal. You'd see his tongue sticking out, laugh because it was so cute, and he'd hit you with "What? What are YOU looking at?", making you feel almost low-class, but it was too funny not to react.

Our cats do that too! Our girl Sadee was just sticking her tongue out yesterday If only we could get a photo - they look so funny with their little tongues sticking out!
