Inflamed Tastebud..(canker sore?)

Dang, I ate some soup that was too hot on MOnday for lunch..and it burned my tongue. Now I have an inflamed tastebud...Not sure if they are actually called canker sores, or if thats a whole other ballgame..

Anyway, it HURTS..and its right there, so I feel it all the time and I keep squeezing it with my teeth
THEN IT hurts MORE!

I've definitely done that before & it hurts a lot! Hopefully it starts feeling better soon

I've had those before. They do hurt! Like an annoying papercut kind of. It's like it would feel better if you just bit the darn thing off!

Aww I was hoping it went away already. Those stink and hurt tons if in just the right spot.

Do you have a popcicle that you can eat - i bet the cold would make it feel a little bit better (just don't put it directly on that spot)
Orajel works well on those if you have any of that! Feel better Nat!

I can't even help it when I'm hungry..I shove it in my mouth and then I pay for the consequences later
I am the worst with fresh hot pizza..burn my mouth everytime
