I Felt Like A Popcicle This Morning!

Last evening I was having a hot flash and opened my living room window. I forgot to close it before going to bed.

I woke up and my apartment was 10 degrees Celcius (50 degrees F)! No wonder Chynna and Abby were pasted up against me this morning! They would leave and come back a couple minutes later

It was cold last night too! It got to -25 Celcius with the wind chill (-13 F)

I have a waterbed so I didn't notice how cold the apartment got, and since it was the only warm place in the apartment, both cats were more than eager to share space, hehe

I am thawing out now with my oven door open and going at 500 degrees, and I turned on the heat to full. Now I'll just have to remember to turn off the heat before I leave otherwise I will come home to a sauna!

Oh my gosh! You poor thing! I can't stand being cold inside the house anymore!

I had no choice but to get out of bed! The cats wanted their breakfast and I needed to close the window in the living room.

I don't know if you want to try freezing yourself out just to have your cats cuddle with you
