OMG, I gagged when they showed the waxing

Now that young man, I think his name was Chris is a nice looking guy! Didn't sing too bad either.

I really loved his voice!

Is it just us or are there a lot of commercials? It seems like they have them every 5 minutes....which we think is excessive.

Way too many!

I really like the girl toward the end, she sang "Amazing grace"!! I thought she did wonderful!!!

I heard someone from my town was on there... I have no idea how to find out who it was though.

I'll officially join in the AI discussions once they get to Hollywood. I can't stand these early shows. It's like a singing Jerry Springer - people so desperate to get their 2 minutes of fame that they are willing to make fools of themselves in front of (potentially) millions of people.

But, I did see an article where they said they would be focussing more on the contestants this year than the celebrity coaches who are there to pitch their latest project. Gee, takes a rocket scientist, huh? That's the way it should have been the whole time! Well, at least they are seeing the error of their ways from last year. They better make it good this year - with the writer's strike they could tap into a whole new audience who actually hasn't seen it before.

It was the one Kenz mentioned, with the short braided hair. He made it through!

Missed the first 15 mins, but I watched it - there are a few that should do well. But makes you wonder WHERE do some of these people come from and are they REALLY living on earth?????

My favs were the girl from Oregon (one that sold her horse to be there) and Angela. Can't remember the one or two guys names that impressed me.

what did you guys think of that guy singing the "love song to paula"?
I broke into her house ..took off all my clothes and tried on her underwear? geez...
and the older man ...singing no sex allowed...at least there were some funny ones there...
oh and gotta love the girl who mooned simon...watch ..she'll end up on Larry King or something yet.

Thanks! I found him on YouTube now. He's the same age as my step-borther. They could have graduated together, but there are 2 high schools in town so I dunno.
