I took the resolution text from the HSUS' Spay Day USA event planning guide and sent it to my city council. The mayor will present the proclamation to our rescue at the City Council Meeting on February 5, and then allow us a few minutes to speak. I haven't figured out yet what to say, but I'm very excited!
