How do you find out what is triggering a male cat to spray? Connor has been doing it for years. We moved back with Mom in July and I have seen him doing it. He has been to the vet and has a clean bill of health.

Tonight he came down from mom's room and walked up to the closet door. No other cat was around him at the time. The litter pans were cleaned earlier tonight. He already had his dinner too.

I am going nuts trying to figure this out. Do you think I just have to live with it?

Yes and he is 10 years old. Feliway didn't work either. I haven't tried rescue remedy though. Wasn't sure if it would help with behavioral issues.

Calamity is a sprayer too. I havnt found anything that works so far. I just put up with it. So far she has only sprayed walls and the stove. Which are easy places to clean. I hopinh she doesnt start on the furniture!

I'm looking forward to seeing soe replies on this thread.
