My eyelids were twitching all day yesterday, and I thought it went away, but it just started up again...you know that little twitch we get sometimes...?
I have heard 3 different stories from 3 different people...I need to drink more water, I need sugar, and I must be going to get a headache soon. LOL I don't know, I tried drinking more water, and well, I didn't feel like eating sugar so I didn't do that, and I didn't get a headache.
What's your reasoning?

Argh, I get that sometimes and it drives me nuts!! I don't know why it happens, but I've always associated it with stress and tiredness.
Hope yours stop twitching soon!

I'm no more tired than normal, and not really under stress...it's going on 2 days now! lol I AM guilty of being on the pc too long, but that's nothing out of the ordinary either!

Try resting your eyes for an hour or so in the evening for a few days. No tv, reading or computer during that hour. That seems to be how I get it to stop. Maybe your eyes just need a little break from their normal routine.

tired...
stress...
lack of water...
lack of potassium...

basically if any of those fit you're current condition, then yes, that's the reason why.

Funny thing tho, my right upper lid has been twitching today...but I have all 4 of the things I listed

The triggers for eye lid spasms are fatigue, caffeine use, stress. Some treatments are pressure applied near to the twitching muscle.

I think it's from stress and staring at the computer screen for too long

That used to happen to me at my old job pretty often.
