Smudgey loves to help with everything. Last week we were making a bunch of stuff to freeze, and Smudge was desperate to help. Every time I went to the pantry, she'd try to climb me. Finally she managed to leap high enough to climb to my shoulder where she supervised for a while:

I think the microwave is done mum:

Then of course since she helped cook, she thought she should join in the rewards...

Look at those claws stuck into your back!

Well, she helped season the food with cat hair, she'd like to know how well the seasoning works!

Oh dear.....my little black Forrest sits on my shoulder like Smudge does, but he's still a fairly small kitten now. I can't imagine what it will be like when he is the size of your girl (or maybe even larger since he's a male). Do you get back/shoulder or neck aches? How much does Smudge weigh?

Oh, she's darling! It's cute when they're little kittens, but they can get awfully heavy as adults!! Oh, my aching back!!!

I absolutely love Smudge!
She's such a doll and so helpful!

I tend to look at your "Fur Kids" link quite often
, so I've seen those already. But they're so cute I enjoyed seeing them again!
