I did something similar as well but instead of tomato's I did my steak with a hunter's sauce of pepper's mushrooms and onions. Then served it with Mashed Potato's. For dessert sliced peaches and vanilla yogurt.

Lean steak on the barbie with new potatoes and mesclun salad. I started back at WW today so I need to eat healthier!

They were sooooo good. I had salad with it with crispy won tons and oriental sesame dressing. The salad was good, but the sloppy joe was sooooo much better.

We had frozen pizza tonight
How bad is that
We were swamped today though getting stuff done! I wasn't feeling too good tonight so we just did something easy.

So how did it turn out, Karen? My mom makes smoked sausage (or kielbasa) with sauerkraut and dumplings and bakes it
that is one of my all time favorite meals

Good enough that I had made enough for 2 nights and Aaron liked it so much there was only a little left and he took it for lunch today.

Tonight is chicken with pasta mixed with homemade pesto.

Well yesterday was Neil's birthday and he didn't feel like eating out so I made my special beef (actually beef and pork) stew and biscuits with real crab ragoons for an appetizer and cream cheese red velvet cake for dessert.

Tonite is undecided......

What are you having?
That sounds good! I make it sometimes with pork chops but the sausage sounds great, so I may try that next time.

Tonight we're having chicken stuffed with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto, probably glazed asparagus on the side.
