UTI.. can i do anything in the mean time?

It's obvious today that one of my kitties has a UTI. Due to it being Sunday, I can't get to the vet until tomorrow. Is there anything I can do for now for her? I feel so bad for her.

Not really, no. How is it obvious?

I ended up taking her to the local emergency clinic this evening and they checked her out and put her on clavamox. She was frequenting the litterbox and then trying to urinate in other places in the house. So, she's on the road to recovery.

I went thru that with poor Charlie - caught it on a Sunday evening, could not do anything for him till Monday morning. He did come and sleep with us most of the nite instead of being in the litter pan.

But I was really worried too. Not a lot you can do for them.

uti's are awful for kitty and their people, glad yours is getting better! our Shadoe cat had one so bad he had to be catherized, after that we bought multiple water fountains and he has been healthy ever since : )
