It must be the blue eyes I am a sucker for!

How can you resist a face like this?

I dunno what she is, got her labeled Husky/Pit....but man....she G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!! A nervous piddler, but that was fine by me. She layed in my lap for 25 mins tonight.

This is what I gave her for a write up. I am such a dork!

Beautiful? Check.
Friendly? Check.
Blonde Bombshell? Maybe....
Sweet? Oh yeah!
Pretty Smile? Got that down to an art...
Blue eyes? As pure as the ocean!

Hmm....that makes me a beautiful, sweet, friendly, blue-eyed blonde bombshell with a great smile. What more can you ask for?

I was found as a stray, so they aren't sure what breeds I am. One glance at me can take your breath away. My age is guessed at around 2 years old. I am a bit submissive as first, but oh if only I can lay my head into your lap and stare deeply into your eyes. I weigh somewhere around 50 pounds. A little bit big for a lap dog, so I'll stick with laying my head in your lap for now.

It's actually possible that she's a cur dog, likely Mountain Cur mix.

She certainly is stunning.

*light bulb above my head*

She could very well be! We've had TONS of puppies & adults in the past year who've been Black Mouth Cur mixes(Rat terrier/BMC Xs, to be exact).

cur might make her a bit more adoptable than pit

She's kenneled next to another Pit we've got for adoption. She looks incredibly Pitty in person. The pics, I chose these 3 because they were best & because she doesn't look so Pitty.

Yeah, the Pit next to her has a few strikes against him. (He does everything with great purpose) I'm going to do some research in a few days & see if I can't come up with another viable breed option. Often, we list them as "terriers" in general when they aren't overly pitty. Unfortunately, there's a MORON who breeds Husky/Am Staffs around here....we've had 4 in the past few months....all different looks/colors.

After some research, we know who she really is & that she's an Am Staff X.

On the bright side, a former foster & my current foster dog got adopted together today! So, we still needed more room....I brought this gal home to foster. She's so cute....those blue eyes sucked me right in.
