Detox or Body Cleanse Products, Any Suggestions?

I am thinking about doing a detox and body cleanse to start off the new Year. I have been feeling very sluggish and run down lately and think it might be helpful.


I thought I start off with a juice diet for 24 hours and move on from there.

Anyone have any suggestions on a good diet or product that I can try?

a really good diet is the grapefruit diet Its awesome! http://www.grapefruit-diet-plan.com/ also the blood type diet http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_type_diet is a good one...for cleansing my mom an RN uses colon cleanse after a 24hr juice diet it works well but make sure when you take the colon cleanse to drink plenty of water and stay home!
