Good for you!

I weighed yesterday morning and no change but I kind of expected that. Starting next week I'll be dancing at least 3 days a week for an hour a day. I'm actually preparing for a show in march... I'm so excited!

I finally hit 10 lbs! After 2 months! This week I had lost 3.4 lbs and I swore I was going to gain...it was a bad week because the following week I had gained 2.2 lbs. But, I'm back on track and getting there.

Side note, if you watch "The Biggest Loser", you'll probably know they are looking for couples for next season. Me and my cousin are going to apply for it. It will be interesting to see if we get on it.

You're welcome. DH LOVES that White Chili recipe (I don't think he even knows it's good for him). I hope yours will too. Let me know how it turns out.

I'm going to do something when I hit my 10% mark, which should be about 287 lbs. I've got about 27 lbs. to go....

I love finding good recipes.

Rewards... hadn't given it much thought but I'd really like to have some curl put in my hair. Maybe I'll do that (or a massage) once I hit 170. That means 10 more lbs.

Tonight I made fajitas and the family loved them.

I took chicken breasts and sprinkled on a little coriander and cilantro, and browned them in a little olive oil. Then threw in some peppers, onions, & tomatoes. Then I sliced the chicken and put just a couple teaspoons of corn syrup in the pan and put the chicken back in for a few minutes. Right before serving I sprinkled some lime juice over it. Used whole wheat tortillas and a couple teaspoons of shredded cheese - about 6-7 points or so!

Well, the obvious answer is fresh fruit but if your like me then fresh fruit just doesn't cu it when you want chocolate. LOL usually buy the individual dark chocolates (dove or ghirardelli) both are a point a piece. Or sugar free jello or pudding.

My WW leader saw a lady on a morning show that lost 100 pounds with WW. For a treat, she would take 2 of those chocolate cakes that WW sells, take 1 tsp peanut butter & microwave that and drizzle it on the chocolate, and then top with fat free sugar free cool whip.

I put mine in the freezer. It slows me down when I go for them.
