The best way to lose weight and get healthy is to go back to the basics. Stop eating refined and artifical foods. Say no to breads and anything containing artificial sugars, flavors, or colors. Start refusing anything containing refined sugar which is hidden in almost all convenience and packaged foods and goes by many names.* Give up cheese and get ready to start preparing the foods you eat.
Treat food as fuel for your body
Eat only vegetables, fruits, eggs, meats, nuts, seeds, and whole grains like oats and brown rice. Have nonfat milk and nonfat cottage cheese if you want, and nonfat yogurt (unsweetened of course, you've got the idea). If eating this way - if you can't wash it or rinse it, you rethink if you should eat it.
You will lose weight, feel great, get sick less often, have great CBCs, etc.
