I was fired in June because I was going through depression and I broke down at work and left. Well I pointed out so I got let go. Anyway, I applied for unemployment but then couldn't draw it because DH and I were going to file bankruptcy and the attorney said if I made any income we couldn't file. Well now I can get income so I filed for unemployment again and they're jacking me around. Now I have to get something filled out from my doctor describing what was wrong with me and blah blah blah. I don't understand why because when I filed in June they determined I was discharged for an unjust cause. This is making me so mad.
