Your liver won't thank you!
Karen, I think we must be in the same spot in our lives right now, your resolutions struck a chord with me.Originally Posted by AbbysMom
Eat better and exercise more.
Spend less money on things that we really don't need.
Declutter and organize. That could take years.
That is something I wished more people realized and would work on. I am not judgemental when it comes to work. I also don't care what you do or don't do at work and I will NOT say mean things or talk behind your back. Knowing this, it angers me when others do that very same thing to me or to the point where I even get ignored. I have learned to just ignore them, and to never treat them the way they have treated me. It does not get you anywhere, but sometimes, I really wish people would realize what it can do to others and just try to remember that life is too short to complain about every little thing.Originally Posted by pipersjo
My big one this year is to stop complaining [as much]. I noticed yesterday that I was complaining and being mean to people for not agreeing with me or for not doing their job. I can't control how other people do their job, but I can control how I respond to people. I have been trying to be less critical of people and be calmer for the last 6 months or so so I am just adding this on top.
I do everything right away EXCEPT for the eating healthy oneOriginally Posted by SwampWitch
I don't make new year's resolutions; if I want to change something I do it right away.
I think I will be acquiring a new kitty too..within the next 6 monthsOriginally Posted by butzie
I don't make New Year's resolutions, but I am thinking of getting a new kitty this year.
Good for you! From what you wrote, if is obvious you have been paying cash with your debit card and not using your credit card.Originally Posted by lookingglass
To pay my car off. For the last two years my DH and I have been getting out of debit, and the last thing I have to do is pay off my stupid car. After that I am debit free!
This all sounds what I would make, if I made new year's resolutions. I'm over weight, need to get in shape & such a hoarder. I wish I could get rid of stuff, but its so hard.Originally Posted by littlekitty
I'm not sure if there was already a thread on this, but what are your new years resolutions? Mine are to lose weight and get in shape, be happier and healthier, and get rid of old junk!
