Thats awful!!! I live in VA and our Gov enforces petshops to do right but our shelter here is terrible cats are immediately put down when brought in due to the shelter having no where to put them...and dogs that are labeled by the owner as agressive are put down as well because our shelter doesnt work with them to see if its true or just a story to make them look better....its awful
