Help! We are trying to hook up our surround sound Sony HT-7100DH to our PS3 and we can get a picture, but cannot get sound. If we use the DVD player it came with, we get sound, but if we change back to PS3, nothing. We have a Sony SXRD Projection TV. We have 2 HDMI cables and one digital optical cable.
I called Best Buy and the guy talked us through steps but nothing worked, and he even gave up. I am beginning to regret getting this thing, we have been at it all day and cannot figure it out. I have a headache the size of Wisconsin right now. Any help would be appreciated!
