The "Look"

This morning when I was getting breakfast ready for the "kids", Maverick came up to me for his morning lovin'.
Geronimo (who's as jealous as any cat can be) noticed me hugging & kissing Maverick, and proceeded to give me the "look".
I tried to give him some lovin' too, but he was p/o'd at me for giving Maverick some, and wouldn't let me touch him: he just sat there and gave me the look, as if to say, "How DARE you love anyone but ME!" What a goof..


Do any of your furbabies give you the look, whenever you're lovin' one of the others??

Our kitties are so funny.


My Sadie gives me "The Stare."
Round eyes that don't blink when Dexter is getting more love than her.
It definitely gets my attention.

Ares will stop what he's doing and do some low meows while he intently watches the offensive act of pesty Hypnos getting attention.

The only one of mine who does this is Antigone, she gives me such a sad look, like I've betrayed her or something
rips my heart out and works everytime
the others just barge right in

She has what I call "owl eyes".

That's kinda how Geronimo looks, too..

Cupid is the only one that really seams jelouse in our house, no stare needed, she just walks up and swats whoever is getting more attention and demands some for herself.

Buster does this to me all the time when I start playing with Holly. He stops what he's doing and give me a dirty look/sad eyes face. He then just stares at me until I stop petting Holly. He is so jealous!! Holly never cares when I play with Buster, fortunately.
