Ever get so stuffy and...

Congested that you can't breathe? My nose is so congested I can't even drink and breathe at the same time. It doesn't seem to matter how much I blow my nose either. It is still stuffy and will make sleeping difficult.

I have been like that this week. First my nose doesn't stop running then I get stuffy.

I seem to be going through phases. It must be that time of year....

I woke up this morning with a slightly stuffy nose. It'll probably get worse as the day goes on. I think it's the constant change in temperatures we're having that's getting to me.... one day it's in the 60s or 70s, then really cold for two or three days and back to warm. It's been like that for a month now and every time it changes I feel awful.

I've had that.. have you tried vicks and hot water? You put the vicks in a bowl and mix in the boiling water. then take a towl and drape it over your head while coveing the bowl and you breath in for a few minutes and repeat if nessesary.

Not yet, but I know it works. I'm fine today. I think it was due to the chili I ate since I put a little more chili powder in than I wanted.
