That hurt!

Apparently my blood circulation got cut off (again) and I had no feeling in my right foot. I went to get up a few minutes ago and could not physically straighten my foot out to place properly on the ground...I kept landing on the side of my foot.

I could feel the pain in other parts of my leg except right where it was asleep. That's the worse one I've ever had!

Ouch, that does hurt! Were you sitting on it wrong? I have a tendency to sit on my feet until they are completely numb and I've even fallen because I can't put weight on my foot...then I look like a complete idiot (no officer, I'm not drunk...my foot is just asleep). I hate that!

I've done that sooo many times, you'd like I'd have learned by now.

I do that all the time. I sit on one leg and then when I go to get up I curse at myself for doing that once again. It does hurt like crazy.

Is this something that just happens to you no matter what? That must be annoying if it is. Hope it's better now.

I have poor enough circulation as it is (low blood pulse & pressure). However during the last year its become more of pain (if you will
) and my legs are constantly falling asleep.

This instance though I was in my knee chair (the kind of chair you sit on your knees with). Apparently I was kneeling way too long.

This morning when the alarm went off, BOTH my HANDS were asleep! I had no feelings and had a hard time turning off the alarm. That sucks too.

But I have had my feet fall asleep too.. I hate that!

I hate getting a sleepy limb, it feels like pins and needles or red ants crawling everywhere. Ugh! I never been able to sit indian-style for more than a minute or two, sit cross legged for long or even sleep with my arms back behind my head (not under my head, just back of it.) because it's like that position pinches the blood vessels to my arms. I've woken up with a 'dead' arm, which scared the living daylight out of me until the circulation got back through it. It was all limp, cold, pale and had no feeling at all. Weird and scary...
