His body shape looks like my belgian's, hes got the shorter legs they have, but his head shape is different. So I dont really have a good guess, but he is a beutiful horse!

I would venture Percheron - they have those wonderful curly manes, but he looks a little taller than average.

Not quite......

My granny was orginally from here.....

They aren't a popular breed but can still be seen working in the feild of this country, they have flaxen maines and tails......

Ok for this one I am going to guess miniature horse. Based on the cresty neck and the size of the yucca and flowers in the background.
