Probably trivial, but anyone with trigger finger?

Does anyone here have trigger finger or thumb? I'm definitely having the symptoms of trigger thumb - pain and my thumb getting "stuck" in the down position - only for a second - in the morning. The pain is all day, but the sticking is only the morning. Anyone go through this before?

I know some people with chronic tendinitis can get it.

If it causes you pain then it's not trivial. The "sticking" might be from you sleeping on it at night or just general morning stiffness. Probably best to have doctor check it out and x-ray your hand to make sure there isn't anything else going on.

Yeah, I thought so. It's my right (dominant) hand, and it started after doing a lot of "mousing" at work. I've had tendonitis a couple times before in that hand, and I'm also a musician, which has caused problems in the past.
