Okay, so I bought canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin - not pie filler) for Seb's constipation issues. How much do I feed and how do I store the unused pumpkin for later use? Can it be frozen? I don't want to waste an entire can each time I feed him.

Thanks

I know you can refridgerate it at least. Just put the opened can in a ziplock bag and put it in the fridge. It'll keep for a while that way.
I haven't ever tried freezing it, but it should probably work...don't quote me on that though

I don't see why it couldn't be frozen. I would freeze it in little packets of 1 tsp. each. (I do this with tomato paste if I open a can and only need a tablespoon or so. I make up little packets out of plastic wrap and freeze them. When I need a package I just dump the frozen paste into the sauce or whatever. You could just do much the same with the pumpkin.

ETA - you could also freeze it in ice cube trays and after freezing, dump the pumpkin cubes into a larger plastic bag in the freezer until you need them.
