Oh, great. It seems he's got 'the goopies' now - his eyes have runny green stuff coming from them. He had it slightly before so it's not a reaction from the meds (one half pill twice a day), but it looks terrible. I'm SO SICK of sick cat.
Speaking of being so sick of things, I've just seen enough cat poop to last a lifetime. I have to keep Ditto's litterbox extra clean since he's kenneled for the most part, so I empty it two-three times a day. He pooped twice outside of it (once on the rug, onceon my BED) when he had free roam of the house,a nd now I just was holding lady a bit ago only to realize she stepped in hers and I had to clean that up off of her paws. Ah, too much poop! That was a bit of a ramble, but seriously, I cannot take any more poopy smell. Next time it happens I'm going to wear a clothespin on my nose!
The vet didn't know exactly what it was. Unless he did tests I don't think he would - he treated it with...let me check on the bottle. I'll edit in a bit as soon as I check. However, he did say it started out as a viral infection before it morphed into a bacterial one. I'm not sure if that'll help, though.
Edit: He's treating it with Baytril. I'm not sure if that means much to you, I certainly haven't heard of it before! I wish I had more information on what exactly it was for you.
