Saba jumped up on the kitchen counter while I was making Sandy her dinner and poked her tiny nose into Sandy's dog food. Sandy eats ProPlan Beef Chunks mixed with her Nutro cereal....and Saba, I guess, wanted to join in. I took a teaspoon and gave her one of Sandy's wet chunks beef and chopped them up into little pieces to accommodate the little Saba mouth and she crammed them in there so fast, like she hadn't had a meal in weeks!
Is there any harm done? I've never seen a kitty love dog food like this!

Some will argue this point. Me? I feed Damita *some* canned dog food, but only because of her reactions to food, it is easier to get canned dog food that won't make her vomit/diarrhea than canned cat food. However, the canned dog food isn't complete for cats, nutritionally.

If I accidentally drop a kibble of the dog's food when I'm putting it in their bowls, the kitties all run over to get it... whoever gets it first gets to eat it. Not sure why they love it so much considering it's such a big kibble compared to their kibbles!

If I give my dog any wet food, the cats all have their noses in it before he gets a chance and he ends up sitting there looking unhappy... Forbidded fruit is still the sweetest I guess! They also eat bits of his kibble occasionally. None of them have ever suffered any ill effects because of it - not even the dog!
