'gunky'

Hi there, Just a small question regarding kitten 'snuggles' i hand reared from approx. 7 days old. Shes now 3 months old and had her vacinations. I noticed yesterday both her eyes seem 'gunky'. At first it was just corner of her eyes (white-ish gunk) now there seems to be alot more, we thought it was just because she woke up, I cleaned her eyes last night and again this morning with warm salty water.

Just looking for advice on how I can get this cleared up.

I think the safest thing would be to take Snuggles to the vet. She may have an eye infection that requires medication. If that's the case, the sooner you start treatment, the better.

yeah I'm going to pet shop tomorrow to get ointment for her, been bathing it and looking alot better than it did

She may need an eye cream that only comes from a vet, and if she starts sneezing then she'll need other meds too.

shes absolutely fine, no change in eating or behaviour, still as mad as ever so am not too worried about it, been bathing her eye since last night, it cleared up, only when she woke up was it 'gunky' again but only a little bit, shall be calling pet shop and vet first thing in morning
