I discovered how to keep kitten off counter!

I have tried everything. All of you good people here had some good suggestions too. My husband told me yesterday he has had it and is ready to call our breeder and take back my sweet Hermione(she is a little hard headed). Well I had a flash of inspiration. My sister in-law's next door neighbor put plastic carpet runner spike side up on her new deck to deter the birds.

I went to the hardware store this morning and by this afternoon had it installed. She does not like it and avoids it! He even put it on my laptop table. think by the new year our counter tops will be kitten free. It even deters the older two when they forget their manners. They had to find out what Daddy was doing.

Wonderful! My cats are total counter-surfers too.

Luckily Holden has no interest in counters...yet.

This is the most peace we have had in weeks! No yelling. or wet kitten. She seems to like water anyway. The plastic runner does not bother me as much as the foil does. I don't feel like my counters are dirty.
