Have any of your cats been walking along in the house and just suddenly stop and sniff a tiny speck of something on the floor? Popsie does that sometimes and it cracks me up. Also, sometimes he'll be in bed with me and start staring at a random piece of thread that sticks up from my blanket. Then he'll start pawing at it and trying to bite it. It's so funny how something that small can catch his attention.

Those little specks of "what the heck is that, and how did he even SEE it?" are Kit's favourite toys

Yup! In our house too!

Lately, however, Flowerbelle has gotten more and more interested in chasing flashes of light - like when light gets reflected off a watch band or a plate or whatever. She's also been going crazy chasing shadows. The cutest is when she tries to catch the light by biting at it!
Poor thing - never quite seems to catch it.....

Butzie loves those pipe cleaners. I call them her caterpillars. She just jumps up, pushes them around, etc. She is getting her aerobic exercise!

Mine do that all the time. Roxy especially loves to find the tiniest little strings on the blanket and get rid of them for us!

That is part of what it is to be autistic, actually. Noticing and appreciating tiny, tiny details...
I think we are part feline!

Holden does this on the kitchen floor. He will be walking along and suddenly he notices something. Then he pounces on it and bats it around. Last time it was a piece of a napkin no bigger than a half of a dime.
