Diarrhea AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

i am getting extremely worried, because my two munchkins have diarrhea again. Last time, i got it fixed, and it was fine, now out of nowhere, they have it again,
they are cleaning their areas 24/7, and it smells BAD......., i clean their litter 5 times a day because when they poo, it goes everywhere.

i am gong to take them to the vet today later now, but i was wondering, if it might be the wetfood i give them.
i give them fancy feast, medley delights, and dry food ( evo, and royal, one likes royal, the other likes evo.)

anyone knows what other type of wetfood i can give?

if it is the one on EVO the food is likely too rich ..

FF medleys read the label meat by products ...

why not try Evo 95% meats
