My husband snoring from 2 rooms away!!!!

Since he broke his pinky finger, and had to have it pinned he has been wearing a cast that covers his whole lower arm and he always ends up sleeping on his back....

Atleast its only an afternoon nap and I dont have to try and sleep next to him LOL!

My DH caught a cold a few weeks ago, got over but still has some congestion. And his snoring is horrible. I have enough problems getting to sleep and it is driving me absolutely crazy lately. After the third or fourth time he wakes me up I'm usually cussing or considering smacking him with my pillow.
Of course he won't go to the doc to have the congestion checked out even though he's using his inhaler more.

My boyfriend snores loud all the time and it drives me crazy. I know how you feel.

OH my goodness!!! I'm not the only one!! DH snores like a broken drain!! I always finish up trying to sleep on the sofa two rooms away because he sleeps on his back. He's usually not bad if I nudge him hard enough in the ribs, but some nights he is dead weight and there's no moving him! I tried earplugs. They didn't stay in his nose long. I tried something sharp in the bed. He'll sleep on anything. I tried baldrian sleeping pills. They're good, but they make you burp all sorts of funny herb tastes. Ew. We can live with sleeping apart though. Once we've got a firmer matress, I'm convinced it will help.

now i take the other side of this, my family cant sleep around me. I snore so loud i wake myself up occasionally, not only that but my meds cause me to have terrible nightmares to the point i wake up screaming. Now last night was different, my bf sprained his ankle feeding the neighbors dogs so he had to keep it elevated and sleep on his back, which he hates, and snored all night. His snores sound like someone dragging furnature across the floor, which creeps me out occasionaly.

I kicked DH in the leg last night and forced him to sit up and rearrange his pillows so that he could breath better...it helped some.

Try getting pills that are enteric coated, that will make it were the pills break down in your intestines and not your stomach. No funky burps that way. (I suggest this for anyone taking supplements that cause this, like fish oil.)
