Please go to the doctor. I am not sure if this is a possible scenario for you but I will share my story.
In august I found out I was pregnant with my 4th baby (total surprise). It was totally normal and actually easier than my 3rd pregnancy (in which I spent 5 months puking 4+ times a day). On September 11th when I was 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant I got a serious sharp pain on my left side. A normal pregnancy can include aches and pains and cramps but this was SEVERE and did not stop.
I went to the er and by the time I got there I was pale and probably in shock so it did not seem so bad. It was a very terrible day, but it turned out I was having an ectopic pregnancy and my left tube had burst and I had to have emergency surgery.
The symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy (like bad pain in a side) can begin before you even know you are pregnant (but obviously that does not always happen).
Even if that is not it at all or not even close, if you have been in bad pain for days I would still say go to the doctor.
