We got a belated Xmas present from my MIL in the mail a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't had a chance to post about it.
Do any of you have this toy? Or have you heard of it? It's called "Pump and Run." It's supposedly a scratching thing/toy, but the scratching area is so small I can't imagine they'd ever use it for that.
But it's a circle on the floor, with a half circle sticking up, and it has a mouse on a lever inside the semi-circle. It's got a little hand help air pump you can use to make a mouse go back and forth from one side of the semi-circle to the other (enclosed). Our cats go NUTS trying to "catch" the mouse, which only pokes partly out a hole on either side. They have just as much fun poking it themselves (it moves without the air pump).
(Let's see if I can get this link stuff to work):
Lazlo can't help himself!
Maybe if the all gang up on it?....
...or Spooky figures if she tries a different angle, perhaps....
Shelly's plan is for a sneak attack, now that the others have pushed it down the stairs:
