The Forgotten Felines posted this article about Monday's Christmas banquet. Adam the Burned Kitten was there, and Ceasar, the boy who instigated the kitten's rescue, received $6,000.00, in donations from appreciative people

I just want to give all those wonderful people at Forgotten Felines, and those people who cared about that kitten and the heroes who rescued him , a big, big HUG!

Those pictures made me cry so much. . . .That poor poor poor cat. . . What a horrible group of people to hurt that poor animal. I hope they burn for eternity. . .

Thank goodness for the people who helped him. . .

Yes, the story started out horribly, but it is inspiring how one kitten's spirit and courage and the dedication and compassion of those humans who then came into his life overcame terrible odds and at the end of the saga, all are better off for it. It's an awesome story that rivals any great, inspiring movie that I've ever seen

I agree. . . it just hurts me so much to see that and to see what people are capable of doing to an innocent creature. . .

I would love to just hold him in my arms and love on him!

It's so horrible what happened to him, but I still can't help but to think how adorable he is in his sweater

I love his facial expression too

I don't know, to me that poor cat looks positively mortified in that outfit!

I'm glad he's okay, and I hope those horrible girls got harsh sentences.
